Another Year Has Gone — My Summary and Analysis
And 5 Lessons Learned from 2022
2022 is almost history, and this is the perfect time to recap the year. Did it go as I planned? The question is, though, does it ever?
One of the benefits of doing a summary and analysis of the year is that it makes me think about where I stand. It highlights what I’m proud of and identifies my pitfalls.
In my summary and analysis from 2022, I look at my main goals, measurable numbers, poor excuses, a course I invested in, my news, and lessons learned.
My main goals
In 2022, my goal was to establish a sustainable and diversified writing habit. I wanted to write regularly and write on different topics.
How did it go? I failed.
Writing habit
I haven’t been able to prioritize writing. I’m not satisfied with that. Luckily, it’s almost a new year, and new possibilities lie ahead. I’m making plans for a more productive 2023.
Different topics
This one is partially successful. I’ve written stories about books and writing. I can definitely make improvements in this area as well.
