And yes, this with pesticides, chemicals, and depletion of the earth is not good, no matter how you eat.
I eat both meat and plants and think that combination suits me. Both parts from as good sources as possible.
As an offal eater, for the first time in my life, I have naturally raised my B12 level. Liver is great for that purpose.
In any case, checking the B12 level and taking supplements if it is low is a good idea. I have had B12 deficiency in the past, and it was troublesome.
