Find out how you easily can put an already published story behind Medium’s paywall and make it eligible to earn money with the Partner Program.

Step 1: Edit mode

Find the relevant story. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner to go to the editing mode. Choose Edit story.

Step 2: Manage meter setting

When in editing mode, click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner. Click on Manage meter setting from the drop-down menu.

Tick the box Meter your story.
