Medium — a surprising world that appeared out of nowhere

I found Medium by accident and was drawn in by all the inspiring stories. I’ve always liked to read, but I’ve never dreamed of writing. One day, I got struck by inspiration and published my first story. To my surprise, I liked it!

I’ve learned that I find it tiring to write but wonderful to have written. Mostly, I’m proud to see my stories out there. I’m humbled and grateful that someone reads my stories.

I’ve figured out what I like and what I don’t like to read. I try to make my stories easy to read and give something back to those who bother reading them.

To Medium

I dig you! I like your community. I enjoy everything I learn about miscellaneous subjects and the writing itself. I like that Medium is a place where I can develop.

I’ve learned a lot

For me, this is what Medium is all about: learning, development, inspiration, joy, and frustration. It’s probably the frustration that pushes me another step forward. I get frustrated that I can’t write better…
