Toxic elements

We are constantly exposed to environmental toxins, and the toxins accumulate in our bodies. That was the bad news. I’ve got some good news. A sauna is a harmless, well-documented tool for eliminating toxic elements.

In 2022, Kang-hee Cho et al. published a study where they concluded:

“Sweat discharged as a result of exposure to sauna plays an important role in removing inorganic ions accumulated in the body, including heavy metals”. (1)

The researchers included these eight toxic elements in their analyzes: Al, As, Be, Cd, Ni, Pb, Ti, and Hg.

For those of you who are not quite sure of all the abbreviations in the periodic table, the toxic elements above are Aluminium, Arsenic, Beryllium, Cadmium, Nickel, Lead, Titanium, and Mercury. I think we all want to get rid of some of those elements.

I love my sauna and will use it frequently.
