Participating in a writing challenge is both immersive and rewarding. Here are some of the observations I have made in this writing journey.

Christmas until Easter?

Our house is still fully decorated for Christmas. The Christmas tree is still up and lights up our living room.

Writing stories for the challenge has so far trumped the removal of Christmas decorations. Good thing we’re nearing the middle of this cohort.

Mountains of laundry

I’m more often asking my mother to do some of our laundry. Laundry must be done in several operations, put on the machine, hung up, folded, and placed where it belongs. And I can’t find time for that.

Brave

I used to have publishing anxiety. However, a consequence of maintaining the streak in Typeshare is that I must keep going and publish a text daily. No more time for doubts and anxiety about my writing.

Efficiency

I have become more efficient when it comes to writing. Finally! 🎉 The fact that a text must be published daily makes me more effective.
